SHIPPING RATE
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping by reputable courier companies. This only applies to customers who reside in West Malaysia. 

A standard shipping fee is calculated for customers worldwide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
For urgent deliveries, we provide the option for our dear customers in Malaysia & Singapore to opt for express shipping. Where the parcel is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day by DHL Express. Provided the order is confirmed by 3 PM on the date of purchase.

How it works

1. Create the order, enter the shipping details required
2. Key in 'Requesting for Express Shipping' in the 'Customer Remark' column
3. Select the preferred payment method
4. Opt for checkout, do not proceed to make payment
5. We will quote the express shipping rate to customers by e-mail / whatsapp
6. Once agreed, we will send an e-mail where customers may proceed with payment

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME 
Your order will be ship out within 24 hours once payment is completed. Usual delivery time will take approximately 3 - 7 working days within South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei) 

TRACKING INFORMATION 
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. 

CUSTOMS 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
